Neoclassical-style side chair has yoke-shaped crest; pierced vasiform splat with carved rosettes at top; rectangular over-the-rail upholstered seat with single row of metal tacks along bottom edge; raked rear legs; tapered square molded front legs with spade feet; and H-stretchers. Stamped in the lower right corner but partially cut off is: "To Be Returned To / A. H. Davenport, Co. / 96 Washington St. / Boston, Mass." Companion arm chair is CC010.001.006.003.002.
