Neoclassical-style arm chair has molded serpentine crest; molded stiles; splat with carved kylix in an oval cartouche with foliate swags at top and pierced area with inlaid motifs below; curved molded arms and arm supports; seat with over-the-rail upholstery and a single row of metal tacks along lower edge; raked rectangular rear legs; tapered square legs in front; and H-stretcher. Title, design notes, "for W. B. King / Jan 22, '12 / Detail 13996" are handwritten on drawing.
