Side chair has slightly concave crest rail; slender solid vasiform splat; straight stiles; upholstered slip seat; straight seat rails; and tapered square legs, raked in back. Title and "#12 New Style" are handwritten on drawing. Companion arm chair is CC010.001.006.014.002. A drawing with the notation "#12" is CC010.001.006.014.003. The two drawings differ only in the presence of an H-stretcher in the latter instance.
