Description

Untitled design drawing rendered in pencil on trace. Front view of side chair and side view of arm chair are shown; top plan showing top view of stretcher arrangement is also provided. Each chair has fully upholstered back which cants backwards; serpentine crest rail with flared ears; two convex curves at bottom of back; square stiles; fully upholstered seat with serpentine bottom edge; raked rear legs with ring turnings; cabriole front legs with carved knees and tall paw feet; and molded curving front and side stretchers. Arm chair also has curved arms with scrolled handholds and curved arm supports. "13108" and "11535" are handwritten under side and arm chairs, respectively.
