Neoclassical-style side chair has molded shield-shaped back; carved foliage on crest; pierced splat with carved kylix and garlands in an oval cartouche at top and carved rosette within curving ribs; molded stiles; seat with serpentine front lower edge, over-the-rail upholstery and single row of metal tacks along lower edge; raked rectangular rear legs; and tapered square legs in front. "Detail 803" is handwritten on drawing. Companion side chair is CC010.001.00.023.001. Other related designs are CC010.001.006.005.001 and CC010.001.006.005.002.
