Neoclassical-style arm chair has molded oval back; pierced splat with flaring ribs and rectangular plaque; curved molded stiles; curved flat arms with continuous curved arm supports; seat with over-the-rail upholstery and single row of metal tacks along bottom edge; raked rear legs; and tapered square reeded front legs with spade feet. Painted, inlaid or carved decoration on back and splat includes swags, bellflowers and foliate motifs."641" is handwritten on drawing.
