Arm chair has rectangular caned back; straight crest rail with concave corners and center rectangular plaque; straight stiles and lower back rail; curved shaped arms flowing from top of stiles into curved continuous arm supports; loose tufted seat cushion; straight seat rails; tapered square rear legs; tapered square front legs with cuffed feet. Carved, inlaid or painted decoration on crest rail and front seat rail. "Joseph Schaffner," "#3036" and note about matching sofa are handwritten on drawing. CC010.001.006.055.002 is the same design.
