Arm chair has caned back; arched molded crest rail with carved bowknot ornament; straight molded stiles and lower rail; curved arms with scrolled handholds flowing from top of stiles; curved molded arm supports; caned seat with molded rim; straight seat rail with rosette-carved corner blocks; raked tapered square rear legs; fluted tapered square front legs; and tapered square feet.Title, design notes and "Mrs. F. L. Higginson / 14254 / Oct. 17, 1912" are handwritten on drawing.
