Neoclassical-style shield-back side chair has serpentine crest rail; lyre-shaped pierced splat with inlaid oval patera and lunette; shaped stiles; upholstered seat with serpentine front and single row of metal tacks along bottom edge; straight narrow seat rails; raked rear legs; and tapered square front legs with spade feet. Title and "Mr. Ginn ?" are handwritten on drawing.
