Design drawing titled "Tip Chair" rendered in ink on trace. Perspective view is shown. Arm chair has tall rectangular back with straight stiles, pineapple finials and deep tufted upholstered cushion; flat arms; deep tufted upholstered seat cushion; front square arm supports continuing into front tapered square legs; front seat rail with concave top edge; shaped panels supporting middle of arms; straight side seat rails; tapered square rear legs; and brass shoes and casters on all legs. Back is adjustable and has an attached pole with ball finials which fits into notches at rear of flat arms. Title is handwritten on drawing.
