"By the Name of Willard" inscribed motto ribbon for this coat of arms (possibly imaginary --Willard arms are different), consisting of three tigers or leopards' heads in an argent field on a shield outlined in copper spangles, surmounted by a helmet flanked with worked mantling and another tiger or leopard head crest. There is paint on some of the embroidery stitches. The original frame is carved and gilded, with gilt corner brackets.
