Neoclassical-style easy chair has molded straight crest rail with gilded carved bowknot ornament at top; wings with straight tops and stiles continuing into straight arms with gilded acanthus-carved handholds; curved arm supports with cuffs at top and gilded carved acanthus leaves at base; upholstered back, wings, arm pads and sides; straight seat rails with front corner blocks carved with rosettes; raked tapered square rear legs; and tapered round front legs with spiral twist carving and ovoid feet. Title is handwritten on drawing.
