Swivel arm chair has high rectangular back; deep rectangular crest rail with flared rolled top; shaped arms with scrolled handholds and continuous curved arm supports; upholstered back and sides; rounded fully upholstered seat; single row of metal tacks along upholstered edges; pillar with swivel mechanism atop four low curved legs with brass caps and casters; and carved scrolls at top of legs.
