Fully upholstered easy chair has semicircular form with continuous rounded crest flowing into curved arms and arm supports; serpentine front lower edge; single row of metal tacks outlining crest, arm, side and lower edges; additional metal tacks forming a scrolled motif on front and and decorative motif above front legs; tapered square rear legs; and cabriole front legs with carved knees and acanthus-carved scrolled feet. "A. Rogers / 49240," "1192" and "B" are handwritten on drawing.
