Arm chair has horizontal U-shaped arm rail with straight shaped arms and slanted rectangular crest with rounded corners in back; curved arm supports; rectangular caned back panel with narrow lower seat rails and stiles; upholstered D-shaped seat; single row of metal tacks along upholstered edges; narrow straight seat rails; and tapered square legs, raked in rear, with cuffs and casters. A pencil sketch of an alternative seat rail design is also shown. Design notes, "This leg for Fisk & Robinson" and "3590 / 47319 ? 673 / 47320 ?" are handwritten on drawing.
