Arm chair has rectangular crest rail; pierced splat with intertwined ribs forming arch and diamond patterns; straight lower seat rail; straight stiles; shaped arms flowing from top of stiles; tapered square arm supports; upholstered D-shaped seat with single row of metal tacks along lower edge; narrow seat rails; raked tapered square rear legs; and reeded tapered round front legs with cuffed cylindrical feet. Part of a handwritten caption is at lower left corner but has been cut off.
