Rococo Revival-style arm chair has tall back wtih curved crest rail, conforming lower rail, and molded stiles; large ornate carving on crest rail including central shell and foliate scrolls; upholstered back; shaped arms with upholstered pads; and scrolled handholds; curved arm supports with carved acanthus leaves at base. upholstered seat; single row of metal tacks outlining upholstered edges; straight seat rails with rounded front corners; raked square rear legs; and cabriole front legs with ornately carved foliate scrolls on knees and scrolled feet. Title is handwritten on drawing.
