William and Mary-style arm chair has caned back; molded stepped arch crest rail with flared ears; conforming lower back rail; shaped stiles; curved arms with large scrolled handholds; caned seat with molded seat rails; raked turned rear legs; arm supports extending into front legs with carved turmpet, ovoid and block turnings; Spanish front feet; turned rear and H-stretchers; and large ornately carved front stretcher with foliate scroll motifs.
