Jacobean Revival-style side chair has arched crest rail with carved scrolls and foliage framing a face; "1885" carved beneath crest rail; tall narrow back with straight stiles and lower back rail framing a flat panelcarved with a vase and flowers; carved scroll below lower back rail; flat curved arms; round columnar arm supports; flat seat with tapered curved sides and molded edge; straight seat rails; rectangular rear legs; round columnar front legs with ring turnings and rectangular blocks at top and bottom; bun front feet; and H-stretcher with sides of stretcher in front and rear and carved mdiddle section. TItle is handwritten on drawing.
