William and Mary-style arm chair has tall rectangular back with framed caned panel; arched crest rail with scrolled ends; stiles with cylinder, block, ovoid, and ring turnings; ball finials; flat caned seat; curved arms with scrolled handholds; tapered cylindrical arm supports with ring turnings; turned rear legs with plain raked feet; turned front legs with ovoid feet; rurned H-stretcher; and larger vasiform turned front stretcher. Title design notes and "#13600" are handwritten on drawing.
