Untitled scrapbook. Scrapbook has red fabric cover and is held together by twine laced through six eyelets. Scrapbook contains 50 pages. The bulk of the materials are clippings from 19th century and 20th century periodicals, catalogs, and magazines, such as "Arts and Decoration," "House and Garden," "Country Life," "Good Furniture," "Furniture Age," "The Architectural Forum," and "The American Architect." Thie majority of the clippings depict sunroom interiors, pergolas and other outdoor garden furniishings. Owner names, architect names and location are often noted on clippings. One name -- Henry Forbes Bigelow (Boston, MA) -- is known to have been a client of A. H. Davenport Co., Irving and Casson or Irving and Casson - A. H. Davenport; however, it is not known if their work is represented in the clippings.
