The guests were served bouillon, beef sirloin, turkey, apple fritters, Roman Punch and an assortment of cakes and ice creams. Jesse A. Dill & Company provided the catering. Portraits of the speakers, Leslie M. Shaw and Elihu Root, are on the cover. Music was provided by the 5th Regiment Band.
