A portrait of Massachusetts Governor Eben S. Draper is on the cover with the caption "Our Candidate." The dishes served included turtle soup, filet of beef, green mint punch and roast jumbo squab. The Massachusetts seal is on the menu verso. A letter from Draper to Charles I. Thayer, dated November 10, 1910, is glued inside the menu.
