This presentation drawing is in color, depicting the Pine Rest Nursing Home in Northampton, MA. The building is only three stories, but very long. It contains many windows (presumably windows into individual patients' rooms) and decorative porches (non-usable, save for the first floor) on all three levels. The drawing shows several people walking around the outside of the building with several cars driving by. To the far left is another house, probably not part of the institution. The building has a very short, manicured lawn, with limited shrubery around the sides of the building. Tall, thin trees surround the area.
