Description

Four small, square individual butter dishes. Part of a "Hampden" pattern dinner service for twelve. Designed by Christopher Dresser and produced by the Old Hall Earthenware Company, England. Light cream-colored body with aqua trim, decorated with a transfer-printed and overpainted floral branch in blue, green and black.
