Large, cylindrical-shaped tin with cover and opposing, hinged wire loop handles on sides. Tin exterior is light tan with blue bands on upper and lower body and blue "Flour" on side. Manufactuered by the Empeco Corporation of New York, the Flour tin would have originially been part of a set of countertop tins. Other tins in the set stored tea, coffee, sugar and bread.
