Description

Tin, green coated, combination ruler and paper cutter with one side a nine inch straight edge ruler and the other shaped into a tube to serve as a handle while cutting or tearing paper. A small hole punched at one end for hanging. The ruler is printed with "Compliments of the Hartford Fire Ins. Co., Hartford, Conn" with the insurance company's stag logo. Additional text promotes insurance company's losses paid, a list of cities and dates receiving payment for major fires, patent information, etc. Manufactured by Chicago Stamping Company.
