The members dined on such dishes as Cape oysters, filet of sole, filet of beef, Red Head Duck, Londonderry water and Punch St. Croix. The portrait of Benjamin Franklin by Joseph Sifrède Duplessis decorates the inside of the menu. The Society officers are listed on the back cover. The item has a large blue ribbon bow.
