Made by an unidentified Haudenosaunee artist, likely Tuscarora. Haudenosaunee (Mohawk, Onondaga, Oneida, Cayuga, Seneca, and Tuscarora peoples comprising the historic Six Nations Confederacy or Iroquois League) artists combined their skills in traditional beading with contemporary fashions to create souvenirs for sale at Niagara Falls and other tourist destinations.Haudenosaunee beading is still done today.
