1999 Acquisitions -- 1 of 2

Description

This subseries consists of one pamphlet and one photograph album. The pamphlet announces the ca. 1913-1914 merger of A. H. Davenport Co. and Irving and Casson to form Irving and Casson - A. H. Davenport Co. The album depicts a variety of case furniture manufactured by A. H. Davenport Co., Irving and Casson, and their successor Irving and Casson - A. H. Davenport between 1880 and 1973. The album is of the same style as 83 other photgraph albums in CC010.002 that are presumed to have been used in the New York sales office; this appears to be one of the missing volumes from that series.
