Description

Untitled sketch rendered in pencil of a bookcase against a wall with wainscotting and with a patterned carpet in front. Front view is shown. Rectangular bookcase has flat overhanging top with molded cornice; plain frieze; one open tier at top supported in front by four ovoid turnings; one open shelf in middle above two rectangular cupboard doors with recessed carved panels; three open shelves flanking each side of central cupboard and shelf; molded bottom edge and bracket feet. Handwritten on drawing are "E. A. S." and "$125."
