Unfinished needlework fragment in embroidery frame. Picture is composed of two separate groups of design elements. The first (at top) is a set of three blue fleur de lis with a large brown dot that resembles a button. The second is a branch of oak leaves and acorns worked in shades of green and brown. Two steel needles and one steel pin pierce the ground fabric. Ground fabric is whip stitched to the frame along each long side and was laced to the top which has since slid out. Bottom is pierced for lacing but is not laced.
