Medium size; blue silk; blue self-fabric pleated (bands) applied trim crosses at top; round crown with piping; self-fabric neck ruffle with bow at center back; piping around brim edge; brim lined with ivory silk pleated to fit; the whole is stiffened with white buckram; brown satin ribbon ties with bow.
