A slightly domed hinged lid on a conforming box, a carved surface (except the back), the top of the lid is carved with quarter circles centering the inscription. The sides are carved with a diamond pattern centering a heart at the front keyhole and six pointed stars at the ends; the heart and stars are painted blue/green, the inscription is painted red, and the box an off-white. Also, it is of nail construction.
