Black-and-white photograph of companion arm chair and side chair. Both chairs have shaped back; arched crest with flattened top; molded stiles; solid vasiform splat; straight lower rail; upholstered seat; front seat rail with curving bottom edge; straight side seat rails; raked square rear legs, front legs with rectangular block, ovoid and ring turnings and ovoid feet; rectangular side and rear stretchers; and turned front stretcher. Arm chair has curved arms with scrolled handholds; and arm supports with vasiform and ring turnings.Handwritten notes on page include: wood used and A.H. Davenport Co. detail numbers "12966" and "12965."
