Black-and-white photograph of three side chairs. First chair has crest and lower rails both composed of two thin slats joined in middle by squat hourglass-shaped piece; straight stiles; caned seat; and tapered square legs. The other two chairs each have a deep curved crest rail; lower back rail composed of two narrow slats joined in middle with rectangular piece; square stiles extending into raked rear legs; straight seat rails; tapered square front legs; and H-stretchers. These two differ only in the seat treatments: one is caned while the other is upholstered. Handwrittten notes on pages include wood types and A. H. Davenport Co. detail numbers 12077 and 12047.
