A small head standing on squared base, all carved from one piece of wood (2 carvings were made from this piece of wood 1991.1650). Long face, prominant features, eyeballs colored to accentuate the eyes, mouth and nostrils are incised. Surfaces appear dark with age. Face has been painted red, eyes and hair a dark brown. Technique used was whittling- marks of a knife are quite apparent (NFL).
