Classical Revival-style fire screen has rectangular wood frame with carved molding, carved rosettes at corners, and carved foliate ornament at center top; legs carved with acanthus leaves; and scrolled feet. Screen frame and legs have gilded or painted trim. Screen has fabric or embroidered surface with Neoclassical-style motifs including foliate garlands and swags, baskets of flowers, and an oval cartouche. Title is handwritten on drawing.
