Classical Revival-style square pedestal has overhanging top with carved rim; cornice with carved scrolls and foliage; fluted dado with canted corners and carved bellflowers within flutes at top; stepped base with canted corners; carved scroll feet; and gilding or gold paint on carved elements. Title and scale are handwritten on drawing. Pedestal is shown with potted dwarf flowering tree on top.
