Feathered pelerine (cape with attached front lappets); two layers of linen canvas with feathers handsewn; layers are stitched together with catch stitch; lined with eiderdown (possibly); mostly brown feathers with bands of irridescent blue peacock; has double collar effect which echos collars of dresses.
