The drawing is a "1/8 in scale plan showing the drive and porte-cochère." William G. Rautorel is the architect at 8 Beacon Street, Boston, Mass. It was done for E. Charles Fitch. This drawing is below a sketch of the house with the ocean and sailboats behind it. Handwritten text in ink on the verso reads "This is the way Manchester looked when we bought it!"
