Set of seven architectural drawings of house for developer Haynes & Hernandez (commission #329) including four elevations and three plans. No drawings are dated or signed. House was not built.
Drawings depict a two-story Colonial Revival-style house; one-story garage wing has a saltbox roofline. House has vestibule, living room with fireplace, study, dining room, kitchen, breakfast room, covered porch, maid's room and bathroom, four bedrooms, dressing room, two bathrooms, and attached two-car garage. A recreation room with fireplace is on the basement level.
