Set of eight architectural drawings of house for A. R. Hederman in an unidentified location (commission #482) including four elevations and three plans. No drawings are signed or dated. Maurice A. Dunlavy was the builder.
Drawings depict a two-story Georgian Revival-style house with a shingle exterior. House has a vestibule, living room with fireplace, dining room, kitchen, pantry, lavatory, maid's room, three bedrooms, and two bathrooms. A playroom with fireplace is on the basement level.
