Thomas Hopkins in Truro, Massachusetts (commission #625) including three elevations, three plans, one framing plan, one septic tank plan, and six details. Most drawings are signed by Hugh Asher Stubbins Jr. or Nathaniel Perry Tufts; most are dated.
Drawings depict a two-story Cape Cod-style house with a cedar shingle saltbox roof and a clapboard and shingle exterior. House has a living room with fireplace, eating area, kitchen, covered porch, two bedrooms, two bathrooms, and an attached two-car garage. Plans also show two future bedrooms and one bathroom on the second floor.
