Set of seven architectural drawings of house for builder August Johnson Associates in Belmont, Massachusetts (commission #646) including four elevations and three plans. Drawings are dated and signed by Amelia Brooks (Valtz).
Drawings depict a two-story Cape Cod-style house with a one-story saltbox wing, three front dormers, and a stone and flush board exterior. House has a living room with fireplace, dining room, kitchen, lavatory, covered porch, three bedrooms, sewing or child's room, one bathroom, and an attached one-car garage. A recreation room with fireplace is on the basement level.
