Drawings depict a two-story Colonial Revival-style house with a clapboard and flush board exterior. House has living room with fireplace, dining room, kitchen, covered porch, two bedrooms, and two bathrooms. Drawings also show possible future expansion with a bedroom, bathroom, and extension of living room.
