Partial set of four architectural drawings of house for developer A. Turner Wells in Southbridge, Massachusetts (commission #910) including three elevations and one plan. Two drawings are dated; no drawings are signed.

Drawings depict a two-story Gambrel Cape Cod-style house with a clapboard and flush board exterior. First floor of house has living room with fireplace, dining room, kitchen, covered porch, and an attached one-car garage. Drawings also show possible future expansion with a bedroom on the first floor.
