Set of thirteen architectural drawings of house for builder August Johnson Associates in Newton, Massachusetts (commission #247) including four elevations, three plans, two framing plans, one plot plan, and three details. No drawings are signed or dated.
Drawings depict a two-story Tudor Revival-style house with a slate roof and a stucco, board, and brick exterior. House has living room with fireplace, library, dining room, kitchen, breakfast nook, pantry, lavatory, covered porch, maid's room and bathroom, four bedrooms, dressing room, two bathrooms, and an attached two-car garage. A recreation room with fireplace is on the basement level.
