Set of nine architectural drawings of house for Arthur J. Roetting in Woodbridge, Connecticut (commission #1115) including three elevations, three plans, and three details. Most drawings are dated and signed by Ken Duprey or Robert E. Minot.

Drawings depict a two-story Cape Cod-style house with four front dormers and a whitewashed brick and flush board exterior.
