Cream silk tulle shoulder cape, tulle is honeycomb patterned and covered with rows of circles created with flecks of wool (imitating dotted swiss fabric?) -these have turned tan; double neck ruffle and outer edge embroidered with ivory silk circles and scallop; front tips have ivory tassel with chenille - one has a silk covered ring for drawing tips in; also are band of ivory satin ribbon.
